Reggae Sumfest 2012 was arguably one of the best Dancehall Night the show has seen in many years. The hard work of the organizers and artists are evident in the quality of the show, except for a few minor delays between sets.
Overall most artists delivered solid performances with some notable standouts include Kiprich, Konshens, Tommy Lee, Spice, Popcaan, Bounty Killer, I-Octane, Khago and Beenie Man.
Up on Beenie's arrival on the stage some fans went into a frenzy, while the DJ delivers his usual Stella opening act,but sources say that while some patrons were enjoying the king of the dancehall performance a few boo's rang out in the crowd but that was not all, it is alleged that quite a number of patrons also left the venue after beenie's appearance on stage, word in the strees it that this might be stemming from the DJ's apologizing to the 'LGBT" community which saw him getting his visa back within a few weeks after the release of the video. Beenie did not allow that to affect him as his performance was labled as one of the best among the other artist of the night.
