NEWS: Man buys Bolt's Olympic 100m heat running spikes


Usain Bolt's running spikes which he wore during the 100m heats has been purchased for an undisclosed fee by Walton Wilkons a resident of Birmingham, England.

 According to the BBC, Wilkins stated that he got in touch with Bolt through various contacts and asked the Sprint King if it was possible that he could get any sport memorabilia from him.

 "I never expected to get the spikes." said Wilkins. The 48-yr-old man who has memorabilia from greats such as Mohammed Ali, stated that he made enquiries with a an auctioneer to get an estimate of the spikes he got from Bolt. However Wilkins stated that he is keeping the signed spikes for now.
