26-yr-old Shane Miller of a Havendale, St. Andrew address was arrested shortly after yesterday’s fatal accident along the Melrose Bypass in Mandevlle, Manchester.
43-yr-old JTA Executive member Novia Reid was killed yesterday evening when the Toyota Camry she was driving collided with a Toyota Corolla. Miller has been taken into custody and faces a manslaughter charge, he is set to appear in the Mandeville RM Court tomorrow.
